• A customer in the electric vehicle accessory space approached us for some advice in the preparation of a patent application for a new piece of technology under development.

Our Research / approach?

• We worked closely with the client to capture the detail of their invention and then worked with them to find a suitable patent attorney to assist in the preparation of the filing. 

• We assisted with the development of explanations for the attorney and the development of drawings for the patent application.

System Design

• The system design was the clients and we worked with them to ensure that all aspects were fully defined and considered in support of the patent application.

Engineering & IP

• We worked closely with the client and all IP generated was transferred to the client for their ongoing use. 

Outcome

• The client has a patent application pending in the UK and in a number of international territories.
